Yomerto, a domestic original home ceramic brand, stood out from more than 300 entries across the country with its ceramic work "Porcelain Rhyme & Dessert - Green Grape Oolong Series" and won the "Product Design Innovation Award". This is another time that the brand has been recognized by authorities for its original design strength after winning many industry honors, demonstrating its leading position in the field of ceramic design.The "China Ceramic Design Innovation Award" is co-sponsored by the China Ceramic Industry Association and the China Ceramic Art and Culture Development Center. It aims to explore innovative achievements in the field of ceramic design and promote the improvement of the industry's design level. The selection criteria cover four dimensions: originality, process innovation, aesthetic value, and practical value. The jury is composed of ceramic design experts, craft masters, and industry scholars, with high professionalism and authority. The "Green Grape Oolong Series" participated by Yomerto this time is the core product of the brand for the dessert scene, which embodies the "in-depth integration of traditional craftsmanship and modern needs" from the design concept to the process realization.The design inspiration of this series comes from the collision between Oriental dessert culture and natural aesthetics. The design team spent 6 months in-depth studying the color changes of green grapes and the soup color levels of oolong tea, and finally decided to use "light green gradient glaze" to restore the fresh texture of green grapes and "dark brown dark patterns" to simulate the mellow background of oolong tea. In terms of shape design, it breaks the regular shape of traditional ceramic tableware and adopts the "slightly curved edge" design - the edge of the plate is in a natural arc, which not only meets the placement needs of desserts such as cake rolls and mousse but also avoids collisions when taking. The coffee cup adopts a "waist-constricted cup body" with a slender handle, which not only improves the holding comfort but also creates a visual echo between the cup body and the tea soup, showing the design ingenuity of "tableware and food coexisting".In terms of craftsmanship, the "Green Grape Oolong Series" has broken through the limitations of traditional ceramic production. The team innovatively adopted the "high-temperature double-layer glazing process". The first layer of glaze is based on Jingdezhen original mineral kaolin to ensure the delicate porcelain quality; the second layer of glaze is added with natural mineral pigments, which are fired at 1320℃ high-temperature reducing flame, making the glaze color show a three-dimensional effect of "delicate texture when viewed up close, like green grapes hanging on branches when viewed from a distance". At the same time, all products in the series adopt lead-free and cadmium-free underglaze color technology. The patterns are closely combined with the porcelain body through high-temperature melting, which not only ensures the long-term brightness of the patterns but also ensures the safety of use, perfectly balancing the design aesthetics and practical performance."The award this time is not only a recognition of the 'Green Grape Oolong Series' but also an affirmation of Yomerto's concept of 'driving brand development with original design'."
